Service providers
Our music submission form is delivered to our inbox by a third-party form service (FormSubmit). Studio bookings are handled through Acuity Scheduling. These providers process your information only to deliver those services, under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions and correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any working relationship that follows.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing info@whiteoakmusicgroup.com.
