White Oak’s touring division brings 25 years of hands-on experience to artists, bands and management teams, overseeing multimillion-dollar productions across arenas, amphitheaters and festivals. We manage the details, coordinate the personnel and oversee the business that keeps a tour on the road.
Our work spans tour deal negotiation with promoters, tour budgeting and P&L forecasting, show advancing, routing, air and ground transportation, hotel logistics, crew and vendor management, and day-to-day operations from load-in to load-out.

Full-service tour management from pre-production through final settlement. We handle show advancing, nightly settlements, tour accounting, budget reconciliation, day sheets and per diems, so the tour runs on schedule and on budget.

Vetted touring personnel for runs of any size: tour managers, production managers, stage managers, FOH and monitor engineers, lighting directors, backline techs and merch managers. Crew is sourced, contracted and onboarded before the first load-in.

Routing, air travel, tour buses and splitters, hotels, ground transportation and freight, all coordinated against the tour itinerary. For international runs, we handle work visas, carnets and border crossings.

Venue and festival advances covering technical riders, stage plots, input lists, power, rigging and SFX approvals. We manage vendors and load-in and load-out schedules, and keep the production consistent from market to market.
