1.About these terms

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between WOMG Studios, a White Oak Music Group company ("WOMG," "we," "us"), and the person who books a session ("you"). The studio is at 323 Sunny Isles Blvd, Suite 501, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160.

By booking or using the studio, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to book. Anyone under 18 must be with a parent or legal guardian for the whole session.

2.Booking and payment

• All sessions are booked through our online booking page and are by appointment only.
• You pay in full when you book. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.
• DIY Studio and Studio + Equipment bookings have a 1-hour minimum. Full-Service Recording has a 2-hour minimum. Package hours include setup and production.
• Prices are listed on our website and may change. The price you paid at booking is the price for that session.
• Florida sales tax is added where it applies.
• Bookings are first come, first served. We book one group at a time.

3.Hours and session time

• The studio is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No session may run past 9:00 PM.
• Your session starts and ends at the booked times. If you arrive late, your session still ends on time.
• Extra time is allowed only if the studio is free and you agree to it first. Extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks at our current rates.
• Please check in with building management on arrival. Building staff control access to the building.

4.Cancellations and changes

To cancel or reschedule, use the online booking page or email us. If we must cancel your session (for example, because of equipment failure, a building closure or an emergency), we will rebook you or give you a full refund. If a WOMG equipment problem costs you more than 15 minutes of your session, we will give that time back as studio credit.

5.Guests and capacity

• Up to 6 people, including you, may attend a session. No more than 2 people can be on microphones at once.
• Send the names of all guests at least 24 hours before your session so building management can let them in.
• You are responsible for your guests. Their actions count as your actions under these terms.
• Make sure everyone who appears in your content agrees to be recorded and to how you will use the recording.

6.Studio rules

• No smoking, vaping or drugs anywhere in the studio or on the patio.
• No food on any set. Drinks must have lids and stay away from equipment.
• No alcohol unless WOMG approves it in writing before the session.
• Treat staff, guests and building staff with respect. No harassment.
• On staffed sessions, only WOMG staff set up or move cameras, microphones and lights.
• Nothing illegal, hateful or sexually explicit may be recorded at the studio.
• Follow all building rules and directions from building management and security.
• Leave the space as you found it.

We may end a session early, without a refund, if these rules are broken or anyone acts in an unsafe way.

7.Equipment and damage

WOMG owns all studio equipment, furniture and decor. You may use it only during your session and as WOMG staff directs.

Self-operated equipment. To use studio equipment without an engineer (Studio + Equipment bookings and the membership equipment add-on), you must first complete a short orientation, sign an equipment agreement and keep a payment card on file.

You will pay for any damage, loss or extra cleaning caused by you or your guests, beyond normal wear. We will send photos and a written cost before charging you. This includes the cost of any backdrop paper that is torn, marked or walked on with shoes.

If you bring your own gear, you do so at your own risk. WOMG is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

8.Your content

You own it. You own the recordings, photos and videos made in your sessions. WOMG does not claim ownership.

You're responsible for it. You are responsible for what you record, including any music, logos, images or other material you bring. You must have the rights to use them.

Promotion only with permission. We only share clips or photos from your session to promote the studio if you give us written permission. You can withdraw that permission for future posts at any time.

9.File delivery and storage

• With Full-Service Recording and packages, we deliver your raw files the same day by download link.
• On DIY and self-operated bookings, you are responsible for recording and saving your own files.
• We keep copies for 30 days after delivery, then delete them. Please save your own copies. WOMG is not responsible for files after 30 days.
• Full-episode editing is not included in any rate or package and is available on request. Reels included in packages come with basic editing and one round of minor revisions.

10.Unlimited Studio Membership

• The membership is $399 a month and includes unlimited DIY studio bookings, subject to availability.
• Members may book up to 2 hours a day and hold one active reservation at a time.
• Studio space, sets and basic lighting are included. Equipment may be added for $50 an hour under section 7. An engineer and editing are not included.
• The membership is for the member only and is nontransferable.

• Monthly fees already charged are not refunded, except as the law requires.

11.Risk and liability

You and your guests use the studio, patio and equipment at your own risk. Please take care, especially on the patio.

To the extent the law allows, WOMG is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income, lost opportunities or lost data. If WOMG is ever responsible to you, the most WOMG will owe is the amount you paid for the session involved.

Nothing in these terms limits WOMG's responsibility for its own gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

12.Claims against WOMG

You agree to cover WOMG's costs, including reasonable lawyer fees, if someone makes a claim against WOMG because of:

• content you or your guests recorded at the studio,
• you or your guests breaking these terms, or
• injury or damage caused by you or your guests.

13.Privacy

• We collect your name, contact details, payment details and booking history to run your bookings.
• Card payments are handled by a payment processor. WOMG does not keep your full card number.
• We do not sell your information. We share it only with services we need to run the studio (such as booking and payment tools) or when the law requires.
• The building may use security cameras in common areas, and the studio suite may have security cameras for safety.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you book applies to that booking. We'll show the effective date at the top of this page.

15.Florida law and disputes

Florida law governs these terms. If there's a problem, we both agree to try to solve it by talking first. If we can't solve it within 30 days, either of us may take it to court in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events we can't control, such as storms, power outages or building closures.
